In order to determine the business and financial perspectives of this or that person, it is important to take into account many factors. This issue is very relevant today in the conditions of financial international crisis. In order to overcome the crisis it is necessary for the organizations to have a good managerial staff. Every position has its peculiarities, thus it is very essential to make correct employee selection. The numerous talks about business world very often lead to the repetition of advices, which are turning to aloes and quinine in people’s mouths. Now the heads of the companies prefer to apply not only to psychologists, but also to other professionals. Astrologists are among them. Many people do not believe in astrology, however, the given paper will prove that they also can be good advices and, moreover, in some situations they show better results.

In relation to business astrology divides all the signs into three groups. The first group consists of Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn. These people are sociable innovators, who start the job without finishing it. Another group includes Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces. They are flexible and can quickly adapt to any new situation. The third group includes Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius. They resist changes, but reliable and insistent. Such division plays a very important role in astrology, thus our examples will include cases which prove its relevance. However, we will also include other important features all of the signs.

Leadership is a very complicated phenomenon. A person with any psychotype can become a leader if he sets such goal for himself.  However, some people still have more abilities to become leaders, moreover every position need special leadership skills and features of character. General Director of a big organization, George by name, wanted to hire a good chief executive, who would be able to rule the company, while he would be engaged in another project. He did not want to waste time and appointed the first applicant. In a week he came to check the atmosphere and revealed that the employees spent all the time in the street smoking or walking, some of them were busy with something that was not related to their job anyhow, and some did not come to the office at all. After some investigation he found his new chief executive in the neighboring café and fired him immediately. George was surprised by such situation as he had very good recommendations, though never worked as a chief executive. The owner opened the vacancy and invited the next candidate. However, he also had to change him in a week, because the candidate had an intension to change all the company’s rules completely and was not very polite with the workers. After two unsuccessful attempts George had to apply to astrologist following his friend’s advice. The astrologist explained that the first candidate was Gemini, a very flexible and active person, but not reliable and too light-minded.  The second candidate was Aries, a very strong masculine sign, usually a leader, but full of new ideas in his head and very often too rough.  The main task of a person, which George wanted to hire, was to keep everything in order and make employees work and follow the discipline. The astrologist recommended to choose the candidate from the third group: Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius, Virgo from the second group or Capricorn from the first. George hired a woman, who was born under the sign of Virgo, and breathed with relief. She was serious, responsible, strict enough, but polite.
